We Did It!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I cannot tell you how happy I am to inform you that we won our election for Marion County Commissioner, Position 2. 

Because of you, I will serve as your Commissioner for the next four years. 

I cannot wait to get to work on behalf of the people of Marion County.  

I am so excited to fight to improve our transportation system, address affordable housing and homelessness, stand up for taxpayers, and to respect the life and dignity of every person in our community. 

The day after the election I attended the Board of Commissioner’s meeting and next week I will be at the Association of Counties new commissioner orientation. 

I am getting to work for you, and I want you to know how grateful I am for this opportunity to serve you. 

You have been there for me from the beginning, and I want you to know how much it means to me. This has been a long road for Joan and I and our family. You buoyed us through all the peaks and valleys of this campaign. 

I am overwhelmed by your support and the support of the voters here in Marion County.
